4506  Fleet Superintendent  Cruise   

A Sail Assisted Cruise Company has an opening for a Fleet Superintendent. Suitable candidate should be able to plan, control and execute all activities connected with maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, conversion or modification of assigned vessels as well as be able to work with the class and flag state in all survey and certification matters. This is a senior position and the appointed candidate will be required to work with the Company Executive Team.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring vessel performance and also making monetary budgets for the fleet.   

An Engineering/Naval Architecture or Bachelor\'s Degree, with at least 5 to 7 years marine related experience is essential and previous experience in a role similar to Fleet Superintendent is also desired, such as working as a Senior Engineering position in the Marine Industry. Good communication and English language skills are essential as well as financial/budget experience necessary. This role is based in the USA, with some extensive travel (approx 35% of the time).  Suitable candidates must have US work authorization.
